Broomball has been played in Calgary since the mid 1950’s, and the CBA has been the governing body for over 30 years. Today, four Men’s, three Mixed and one Women’s teams carry on a proud and competitive tradition in Calgary. The Calgary Broomball Association (CBA) hosted the first ever National Championship in 1976, again in 2001 and will once again host the Nationals in 2014.
